Wife of a friend threatening to file a false criminal case of cheating

I am a 26 year old woman. last night , wife of my old friend called me saying that she had registered a complaint against me and my family that if anything happens to her, we are to be blamed. She thinks that her husband and I are in talking terms which is completely untrue. The thing is she bluffs a lot just to get some provocative words to record. I can file a complaint against her but what if she is bluffing and just wants to agitate the ongoing matter. We are not contacted by any police person. No Phone call yet. Is it possible that a police complaint has been filed against us but we cannot know ? what should be done? i do not want to be involved in all this.
As per the facts told by you, In case a complaint is registered to police and Police find it necessary to call you, you may visit police station and give you statement . You need not to file any complaint till there is any threat etc. by other side.
