While I'm On Election Duty Due To Electrocution Some One Died

Sir.my self ajith Kumar working as an assistant engineer in city corporation .during last Karnataka assembly election I have been deputed to the election duty by DC as a sector officer while I am on election duty our executive engineer issued one office order related to the official duty but very next day the order was taken back by assistant executive engineer by quoting some reasons so I continued my election duty and after the election is over I got relived and reported back in the corporation.but during this period due to electrocution some one died ,since the executive engineer has given my name as the concerned engineer the police have booked a case against me for neglegence of duty.I submitted all the election related documents to police including the duty certificate of I am on complete election duty issued by returning officer of election commission and DC(R) of city corporation .after a gap of one year still police are harashing me and threating me to file charge sheet .
