Where to find information about the builders

in our building is in sra under and after 8 years builder stop giving our maintenance then here local gunda start to collect the payment for maintenance but main think is our building not lavish its building and ground and car parking and no other extra amenities people taking per riom 300 rs and there is total 113 room + shops also which is payment going to per month top of sky and they said we giving salar to water tranfer person 8000 only and lift maintenance etc and they r doing this last 2014 and they r not giving calcution only which they wrote on her not book and there were spend money for building related there no proper recept also we said that this is calculated but its correct or not who check this then we said as per law to tack the audit then we know whats going on exact but they r doing negligence for that then what will i do and what the procedure will tack the caurt action for this
