When can I go to H.C for quashing of the entire case.

26-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello Sir, My neighbour had filed a false FIR against me & my mother in 2018 u/s-379/325/506/386/354(B)/120(B) & 34 of the IPC . Thereafter , we had obtained anticipatory bail from the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta & later on , the I.O has filed Charge-Sheet against us by imposing u/s-379/325/506/386/354(B)/120(B)&34 of the IPC but it is unfortunate that the said I.O did not investigate this case properly & neutrally . We were never involved in the said alleged crime . I have collected the certified copy of the Charge-Sheet & where have seen that the said I.O did not state or explain anything against us in the said Charge-Sheet that which our involvement indicates to the said alleged offences . He just stated in the Charge-Sheet that during the investigation , he visited P.O & examined the witnesses , collected complainant's injury repor &lastly he said that a prima facie charge has been well established against us , that's it . Is it enough line in the eye of law ? What will I do ?

It will be difficult for you to get an order of quashing, i will request you to go for trial. That is the best way in which you can prove your innocence. You will need to prepare your pleadings properly and will need to be guided properly
