brother used forged POA AND TRANSFERRED ALL THE PROPERTY IN HIS NAME. I WAS POA HOLDER. what to do
Collect all documents through right to information act which have been submitted by your brother to the concern housing authority on the basis of transferred took place. After getting all the documents we can approach concern police station and ask for registration of FIR of cheating and forgery and if police do not register FIR , we can approach court.
