What to do my husband filed a false case against my friends husband

I was married in 2002, i had 13 years old son. my husband struk off me from home in dec 2017 i went to my friend home. and file a divorce case against my husband in feb 2018. but now my husband file a FIR for Stealing gold and cash Under Sec. 380 , 120 B against me and my Friend's Husband where i reside for 2 months. my Friend Husband is arrested on 23 june 2018, and reside him in local police station. police do not make him present in court till now. what can i do now?
it is the duty of the police personal to present your friend in the court rest if they dont then you have to file the case so it be will be easy for him to get the bail and rest of the things and regarding that there are certain laws under which it be easy and also your name will be struck off thank you
