What to do if there is default is online bought product

Actually I ordered some product from website the wedsite also have stores and I order it at store of website, I choose COD as Payment method. After that I received notification that your order is reached at our store ( that is chosen by me) . But I change my mind and didn't go to store to receive it. And I choose the return option on application of website ( there is no cancel option) and they ask me for my bank details I provided they and I got amount in my account. In real I didn't go store to receive it and I didn't pay any amount for it but I choose return option and I get refund So am I liable or guilty of my act?
If that company acknowledge the said act , they can claim.back such a amount , and if in future you did not return the amount they may sue you for the claim amount. Either in civil court or under the criminal court.
