A man from sc category is threatening me to impose false case of SC/ST act and rape charge... What to do sir..please suggest..
you can record the conversation wherein he is threatening you to file false cases against you with false allegations. The same will be helpful in your defense against the false allegations. You can also inform the police by an application in writing that you have been receiving such threats from that particular person.

Hello.
U should immediately file a complaint to the local police station about the threats imposing false case of SC/ST act and rape charge to u by her and the apprehension that she may file a complaint against u and involve u in false case.
Also get the complaint drafted by a good lawyer or else u might land up behind bars as per the prevailing laws of the land.
