What to do if chargesheet is filed without investigation

If investigating officer has appointed his sub investigating officer to go at the place of crime and collect the proof but investigating officer submitted his report on the same date on which he has appointed his sub investigating officer and also doesn't care about the prove and submit the chargesheet. Is this is right act done by the officer ?

You can file a protest application for re-investigation and you can also ask court to transfer your case to some other police station or another officer for re-investigation if you are not satisfied with the investigation.

Yes it is really wrong, same day filed Charge Sheet after getting appointed as Investigation Officer. This is very bad. Atleast 2 or 3 days has to be taken for proper handling the case, to find out the truth....

If you are accused you cannot make protest against the action of an investigating officer But being a complainant if you have any grievance you approach the higher police authorities 4 your objections

If, after conducting the investigation, an agency believes that the evidence is sufficient against the individual, they will forward them to court with the police report and chargesheet.
