What is process for Quash the False FIR

Sir,
I have worked in 11 year one of the Private limited Company as accountant my employer terminated from services withourt proper notice and they are saying issue a notice on 08.06.19 they are not given any notice to me and terminated on 09.09.2019 and registered Faslse FIR u/s 420, 408 on 17.09.2018 on me becuase protect from labour laws themselves and other laws.
I have plan a start my own Business in thar course incoporated my own company on 09.07.2018 till now I not started the business. The same intimated on June19 to employer from that day started harssing to me that is the reason they are terminated from services and their intense is Employee can't become a Employer.
Now Can I quash the FIR ? and how can protect myself? how can i claim my benifts from them.
FIR can be quashed on the false allegations and upon filing charge sheet, as far as you claim is concerned you can file a case for damages or any claim you are having and also you can send a legal notice before taking any action against your employer.
