what i do after rejection a normal bail from high court

my friend had been charged by section 376,384 in nov 2018. bail 438 rejected by high court on 21/12/18. than he was surrender in front of court on 5/01/2019. than my normal bail application is also reject by rajasthan high court Jaipur bench on 12/04/19. so please help be bcz according charge sheet witnesses not prove that he is in this crime and all. so please help me that what i should do next and how can we get bail in above case bcz same justice hear my bail application in 438 & 439 and she didn't gave bail to my friend
You can file fresh bail application after change in circumstances like wise filing of chargesheet or recording of statements of prosecution. Grant or refusal of a bail is always under the judges domain.
