I am Hindu, belongs from Delhi. i want to marry my mother's brother's daughter. i just wanna want to know is it legal or not in IPC acts available in india?
you can't marry her as it will come under prohibited degrees and this marriage can't be registered under Hindi marriage act. It will also attract penal provision against you....so there is no scope of marriage.
