Two Criminal Case for Same Cause Of Action In Two different Court

I have two different case in same cause of action.Its job placement related fraud case.First Fir on 01/09/2015,but police lodge case very late.so the complainant made another case on same cause of action on different PS on 22/09/15.Second PS started case immediately and arrest ,PC,Bail processed.Bail taken from first case also.First PS give ipc-420,468,34.Second PS give ipc-420,468,469,470,471,120(b).Both PS given chargesheet on 2016,2017.But two accused still absconded and warrant issued.So till today commitment and trial not done.How to merge this two cases of same cause.Is it possible to done trial only one court.Its very difficult and expensive for me to appear two court for same cause.What is the legal remedy. Kindly advice

Since both the criminal cases have been lodged on the same cause of action, it is always desirable that you file a case under section 482 of the code of criminal procedure before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of 2nd criminal case; it will be much easier for you if the second case is quashed, even in the worst case if the High Court does not give you the order for quashing on the second case, The Court will certainly give the order for analogous trial of the both the cases; which would be much more convenient and easier and less expensive for you to deal with. Many of my clients got relief this way from Calcutta High Court. All the best and regards.
