Trapped me for out of court settlement with low settlement

The person has cheated me in business with fraud investment and fraud sale . I have filed FIR against accused. Now they threatened me to settle out of court with low settlement. The whole agreements is in favour of accused. They took 16 Lakhs and settled me for 8.5 Lakhs. They are not even given justification on what basis they are given 8 Lakhs. Agreement has done for 8.5 Lakhs. I need justification. Is there Any suggestions or advice.

in your case you didn't mentioned place of the settlement , what are the conditions they mentioned in agreement paper's. if you willing after taking the amount/signing the agreement papers, you can file complaint against them also.
