Can I file a private petition against disposed case of section 376(ii)A,420 where the petitioner got married with DAT accused,after witdrawling the case ,accused and his family went away without taking her to their family after the marriage

since the case was disposed as compromised, you cannot reopen the past case.
however you can file a fresh case under 498a and desertion in the nearest police station who will mention the past case in FIR.
