Threat of rape to family members

A high cast brahmin known person threatened to rape me ,my mother and my lil sister.He also threatened to kill us all.He did it just because I belong to SC category and his son was in a relationship with me.Now he is giving me threat calls I've recorded his calls and complaint in women commission what will happen to him?Will he be punished ?
