Threat of 420 and 406 case what to do

We used to run a business of fmcg company a guy regularly used to buy stuff from us one day he said he will deposit 1.10 lac in our personal account to purchase stuff. He deposited amount in our account from someone else account and bought stuff we gave him all the bills. Now after 2 years the guy who deposited amount in our account is saying the guy who purchased stuff has ran away with my money now you guys(we) have to pay him full amount or either he will file a case of 420 and 406 against us since he deposit money in our account.
he cannot lodge complaint or FIR against you if you have proper bills. if he chooses to lodge the same you may challenge it before the high court under section 482 cr.p.c petition for quashment of the FIR. for more details you may contact our Jodhpur office.
