False / Wrong averments and suppression of facts having been highlighted in FAO before DHC, can the separate Application having been admitted / replied and rejoinder filed be summarily dismissed without even a speaking order ?
What is the next remedy for the applicant / respondent in FAO ?
couldn't understand, you filled FAO and got dismised or you defending it and want to bring false averments on record and take appropriate steps like perjury . clarify it and i can suggest you the course of action.
