My friend, Radhika and her boyfriend Akhil loved each other and wanted to get married. But both of them considered parents opinion as important and wanted to ask parents permission before marriage and not do court marriage without permission. The girls family agreed. But Akhil's family was superstitious and believed in matching horoscope. The girl had mangal dosh but boy didnt therefore they didnt grant permission for marriage. That day my friend attempted to commit suicide. Can case be filed against Akhil's family as they instigated her for this?
