state side, complainant via his private lawyer concluded argument

from the state side, complainant via his private lawyer concluded arguments and during that time public prosecutor was not there.ow its turn for the accused counsel to argue for this case on next date. My question is whether public prosecutor has still his right to argue for the complainant though his private lawyer has completed arguments

No, if complainant have engaged his/her private counsel then in that cases Public Prosecutor does not argue..

But where the offencsles are serious in nature (offence against women) then in that's case Cory may ask PP to argue the matter..
