a person is taking my video documentation without my consent and when i asked him to show my video ,he started argument and beat me. i have reported to police station but police laughed at me and did not take action.so i submitted e grievance./

U can file a complain case in ur local jurisdiction against that guy if ur complain has not been registerd in ur local police station it is punishable in indian penal code taking someones video documetation without someone consent

without reading the report given by you at police station , further action can not be suggested. If beating has been mentioned , meet DCP or SP with the copy submitted at PS . If no direction is given by DCP /SP for registering FIR , file a case in SDJM for registration of FIR and investigation .
