Sc St Attrocity Case Stated As False and Require Justice

Dear sir/madam, I have filed a sc St attrocity complaint in Police station on March 2017 and after 1 year 6 months I got a B report from PS stating that case was false. I would like to file protest petetion and please suggest me how best I can contest in this case. I need justice , being a lady I am suffering alot after that situation and moreover I am not getting justice in time. Please help me.
