Remedy available tehsildar does tresspass

Fir lodged by the reciver appointed by SDM court against the accused who had made criminal tresspasss by breaking seal and locks imposed by the reciver cum naib tehsildar u/s 188,447,448,451,453,454.on 9-06-2017 police is not taking any action .Neither has filed any CS nor had made any arrest. Iam the only aggrieved person in the matter. What are the option under law kindly advise me,thanks.
Hii, after lodging if FIR , the police conducts investigation and has to file chargesheet within sixty days .. However in under special circumstances it may take grace period from court .. It is a court procedure and police officials cannot evade from it .. If not , they will file it soon
