Regarding false caste certificate

I took admission for MBBS in 2008 with caste certificate, which I completed in 2014 and with the same caste certificate I did MS obgyn. The caste certificate was made in 2008 by my deceased uncle .In 2016 i was told my caste certificate was found fake by scrutiny committee. I was not aware of it until recently .I had submitted my grandfather's birth certificate and father's caste certificate while applying for my caste certificate. my grandfather's and father's certificate are valid , got it checked to confirmed. One advocate has adviced that v can squash the FIR on the ground that my deceased uncle had the certificate and we were not aware of it and the fact that v have proof of belonging to that particular caste. Is it possible . Also it's the matter of 10 years of my hard work and career. Please help
