Regarding bail from High court

26-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My husband is charged with 120 (B), 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and 65, 66 of information technology act in 2011. He was arrested in 2019 for some other dispute from which he is on bail now, but already this case in Gandhidham, Gujarat means he's still in jail. In this case he didn't co-operate and was on the run for 8 years. So what are the chances of him getting a bail in this case as well, now that chargesheet is filed, from sessions court? Or should we approach High court? Sessions once rejected bail plea but it was before the chargesheet was filed.

Get the certified copy of the FIR, chargsheet and sessions courts order and visit my office in Ahmedabad.

We can now file an application for regular bail before high court of gujarat.

There are chances to get bail from the high court however i can tell you how good the chances are after i see the fir and the chargesheet.
