does audio recording be used as witness in the court of law here in a case the witnesses accepts that they were unaware of the facts but by somebody's compulsion they signed the documents as witness.I have 2 audio clips of their opinion in the meetings can it be used as evidence

Dear Sir,
Now Evidence Act is amended and you may peruse Section 65B and by filing such application you can produce audio evidence and the Trial Court is bound to receive the same and may pass judgment in your favour..

definitely it can be used as an electronic evidence , but it is up to the discretion of the magistrate to accept And if opposite party advocate raises the issue about the credibility then you will have to prove it as original. For more info please call me on my number
