Recovery Of Streedhan From In-laws

I was totally unaware of the fact that I am coming to my perental house permanently..All my juwellery is in my in-laws custody..Now they are denying it...I have filed dv case, CrPC 125....FIR is also lodged.. In-laws on reaching police station submitted statement that they are not in possession of the Streedhan... They have provided their locker number to police...I am sure, they have kept all my juwellery to other place.. Please suggest, how to proceed
Hi, Ask them to file on affidavit to this effect of not having your streedhan in their Custody before Court. If the FIR is lodged then police may search their property for recovering Streedhan or any other important articles.
