query regarding JUVENILE CRIMINAL OFFENSE

28-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear sir, I was arrested on 5th of may 2012 at the age of 17 years under the charges of 323.324 and few of others. As I was under 18 i was referred to the Juvenile justice board Latur. The complainant never appeared before the court during the trial period. I was acquitted of all the charges on 4 th July 2017. Then again the complainant filed an appeal in the sessions court Latur regarding the same matter on 20th July 2017 and the case is still pending since then. I just want to know whether A Juvenile offender can be trialed in upper courts and if yes then on which basis will he be trialled as a Juvenile or an adult, The complainant has no interest in making justice . He just wants to waste my time and harass me. Is there any solution for this in law. Are there any provisions in law to get rid of this harassments. And also can a person with juvenile criminal record seek a Government Job. And also the complainant is my own father. Please help Sir.
