quashing of FIR - Criminal case

My father had an altercation with his own brother and subsequently my uncle filed a police complaint subsequently criminal case against my father and my brother. even my dad gave a complaint and a FIR was also filed. Now, the case is in the court and my question is can we file a review petition in the high court to quash the case as this is falsely implicated. sections are (294(b), 323 and 324, Please help

it is known as quashing of FIR. it can be filed under the criminal law under relevant provisions of the law. the high court has the jurisdiction to quash the FIR. a strong ground is needed for the case.
