Quashing of abetment charges u/s 109 read with 13(1) e of PC Act 1988

Can my chargesheet will be quashed for above said section and how much time it will take in Ranchi high court. I have valid source of income and filled my ITR since long before (10 yrs prior) registration of FIR. I am non public servant and running a LPG agency. Is my agriculture income from joint family land is not valid for my HUF head for that i have also field my ITR since long.
