Actually I have 2 cases u/S-419,420,468,469,470,120(b) ipc on same cause of action.Its a job placement companies fraud case.Actually as a freelancer I send few job aspirants to a company,but they handed over fake job offer letter.By mistake I take my amount in my personal bank account.On 2015 case started,2017 chargesheet filed.Afterwards two co-accused absconded and warrant issued.Till that no trial started.Now one complainant took some refund money from me to his account.Now refusing to settlement .What's the remedy to get rid of the problem.Please advice me.
at what stage at present the status of the absconding accused like weather the warrant is pending against him or record is fixed for proclaimation if the is pending against co accused then to file a petition
