Powers of police to arrest under section 498A, 323,504,313,328 IPC

Hi sir, My question is that police can arrest in 498A,323,504,506,313,328 IPC And 3/4 DP act.I mean police can come at my home for arrest in these ipc acts.
माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के अनुसार अब इस प्रकार के मामलों में अब सीधी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगा दी गई है।
अब ऐसे मामलों में एफआईआर दर्ज होने के बाद मामलें को संबंधित जिले के परामर्श केन्द्र/ मीडिएऐशन सेन्टर भेजना आवश्यक है।
जब तक सेन्टर की रिपोर्ट नहीं आती है तब तक गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
किन्तु बहुत ही विशेष परिस्थितियों में गिरफ्तार किया जा सकता है लेकिन तब ऐसे कारणों का संबंधित पुलिस अधिकारी को लिखित रूप से बताना होगा।

I want to suggest you that in sections 498A,323,504,506,3/4DP Act,328 the police cannot arrest any person from his house till court ordered to do so but in section 313 police can arrest a accused from his house.

Section 41(b) of Cr PC provides that any person can be arrested by the police officer without the warrant against whom a reasonable complaint is made, or credible information received or a reasonable suspicion exists that he has committed a cognizable offence punishable with an imprisonment for a term which may be less than 7 years or which may extend to seven years whether with or without fine.
The police will arrest the accused as all the sections are serious in nature.
