Power of attorney made with false ownership claims

It has come to my notice that a man has made a power of attorney acting as the sole owner of my flat & is trying to mortgage my house / take a loan from bank / money lender. Should I file a police complaint immediately

u have to send him legal notice of cancelation of POA and public notice. then after u file case against him.
it is not possible to anyone to make PAO without ur presence and consent at the time if registering it.

You can file criminal complaint to Police Station and also publish Public Notice in local news paper through any Advocate.
And also intimate in written to society.
Thereby society could not give NOC for loan sanction.
