KO secion court ne 10 years ka saja di hai case fake hai or larki ka bayan fake hai medical report normal hai.larki ne apna bayan har bar badal-badal kar di hai.phir bhi saja mila aisa kyu huaa.
well, being an innocent, perception of a common man always becomes positive but court's decision always depends upon facts, merit, law ,motive & their corroboration with evidences .No doubt evidences were againest your brother .Medical report in such cases are not so weight ful.But there are several grounds for defence.
