Police filed fake case under sections 279 336 and 114 against Me

On the 26th of September, 2018 I was riding my bike to Carter Rd via reclamation in Bandra. I was wearing a helmet and was carrying my license. On the way at Reclamation, Bandra police had put a blockade and I was pulled over to the side of the road for general checking. As soon as I stopped my bike, the cop took my license and bike keys and took me to a police station and filed a fake case against me under sections 279, 336 and 114. I was riding at a speed of around 20 to 30 kmph. I had 2 friends with me on another bike who weren't asked to wait. Same cases were imposed on 30 more and the police claims that we all were rash driving together. What can I do in this case? The police also lost my helmet while getting my bike to the police station. Please advice me appropriate steps for this.
