Dear Sir,
kindly help with my problem, recently i visited spa as a customer but police ride was happened and was standing in spa, polices took my valuables like car, purse and mobile took me at station along with spa people. The ride was happened due to some sexual things were happening due to that i was surprised and that same day was got a bail. Hear i would like to request you that my car seized. I would like to take back that car. Kindly help me on this.
You must application to the maristrate trying the case to under section 451 and 457 of CrPC to release your car as it would be not necessary for prosecution for the purpose of investigation.
