Some peoples attack on me and am serious injured and doctors take my head operation and said in my medical report dangerous to life injury in head and after injury am can't walk. Pgi gave me a physical disable certificate.. But police add ipc 308 in my case... Please tell me .. Police ne ipc 307 kyu nahi add kiti....
You have to move an application to frame additionla charge at the time of framing of charge on the accused person. Come to Ke with challan file if you have, we may move and application for framing of charge of 307 of IPC.
