Sir..Plz tell me can I apply for ias ips exam ..if I have f.i.r in fighting case....And after some time...I think both party can compromise...Plz tell me...
Go for FIR quashing in the concern Hon'ble High court to get rid of this problem. To join Civil Services you need vigilance clearance, in that case you matter can come in between you and your career.

yes u r apply for ias ips exam because u r fighting case and then u r not accused when court decided u r accused or not.

if you are prosecute a case or in a section which have provision of imprisonment less then 2 years than you can apply any exam but on the other hand if case is related more then 2 years imprisonment than you face a problem....
yes i think you should apply for the upsc examination, but you should also try to get the case compromised as soon as possible, if the offence is compoundable and both parties agree for a compromise then you can file a criminal writ for quashing of the FIR in the high court.
