Passport File from Ghaziabad Office

Hi,
With respect to my legal case, I come across a passport issued to my opposite party, issued in July 2010 from Ghaziabad Passport Office. I already sent complaint 1 year back regarding that passport which is based on forged documents, but till now no progress. Nor I got any response via RTI.
Now I want all files related to that passport that should include application form, PP form, Local Thana Police Report, LIU report and all supporting documents.
Seek legal help to get that information.
In such case make a complaint to your district magistrate and he will direct your issue directly to the passport office and hopefully the query will be solved and if in such Case No action is taken you can move to High Court with a writ petition so that you can get proper relief in less time !
