One Of My Friend Has Made Duplicate Notory Of Land Owner

He made duplicate notory papers of owner saying that he sold him few plots however the owner did not sold him he sold those plots to another party and mean time owner came to know the duplicate papers of the plots he saw and he says i did not sold he made fake papers of my plots he complain agaist him and police lodge an FIR sec 420,467,34 and few more sections now he is in jail from past 45 days and section rejected his bail two times his family appraoch high court high court ,high given the date 2nd of july police ask some more time from high court bcoz police did not get the original notory from aropi still searching court has given 10 of july i have a question if police get the original notory papers high will accept or reject his bail if they fail to submit original notory what will happen both the senario i want to know and i also want to know the exact time to submit the charge sheet plz guid me ....thankyou
