no locus standi and legal status then how complaint filed complain

A complaint u/s 156 (3) filed against me on 2015, court admitted as a complaint and fixed for 200 crpc but applicant challenged the order of court that above order is not maintainable as per the application and there after applicant filed a criminal revision in which court issued notice to me and fix for disposal there after I appeared before the Hon'ble Court and filed my Witten statement then after hearing the arguments of both the parties court dismissed the above criminal revision and send file to the apex court, there after applicant knowingly and intentionally avoided to present before the court and after given so many times court passed an judgment that applicant is not presenting before the court nor his counsel and after given so many opportunity for statement u/s 200 but applicant did not appear before the court in which court state that there is no sufficient evidence or grounds to punish the accused and court dismissed the above complaint on 2017.
