Hello Sir , I filled FIR against fraud conducted with me police filled fir but when I seek for arrest for accused police asked for bribe ...then I refuses to pay they said we didn't do anything for that..what should I do ?
File direction petition in high court by mentioning about your Greviounces. High court woipd ask to submit the status report of investigation then police have to reply that what they have did till the time.. You must file direction petition in high court..
