Need Help On Police Atrocities as false FIR Filed

Hello,
A friend was booked for extortion which is ideally a false FIR filed by the police and the complainant are brothel owners of the local PS Jurisdiction. My friend's ABA got rejected by Sessions and High court. He is still not arrested and there are various evidences that this FIR is False and the cops went to his place late night without any women police officer and the entire incident is captured in CCTV. My friend is a police informer and have provided crucial info to the cops but the brothel owners bribed lakhs of to the local PS to get rid of him as he had busted various brothels selling minor girls.
I need a lawyer from Mumbai who can get him out of this issue and get an enquiry done on the local PS.
