Need guidance what to do so it doesn’t show on my record

I had an FIR on me how ever It was Quashed from the high court ..and with that judgement copy the session court also disposed the case . However whenever I apply for job they don’t hire me sayin* that I have a criminal background
Well, in that case, you should become an Activist & fight against all such Employers which had turned you to go Home. Bring your case to the forefront & in limelight through Media i.e the fourth Pillar of Indian Democracy.
Write Blogs that how easy it is to get defamed when someone put allegations through a FIR & when the Judicial System itself gives you the clean chit, no one believes you. This show that how much faith people have in the Judiciary's Verdict. File a PIL in the Court - that
1. State Government should make laws that those accused persons after getting denied employment from their employers, despite being given clean chit by the Supreme Court in their cases or if the cases don't reach to Supreme Court & get settled in the lower court itself, then stringent action, the Government needs to take against such Employers to get their Companies/Businesses Wind-up
2. Media should equally highlight all such cases where Courts declare the accused persons as Innocent & create pressure upon the Employers in the system to accept such Innocents.
