My wife commited suicide in( Ambikapur-Chattishgarh) at her parents home on 9 Aug 2020 and we married sinve 6 May 2013.She always lived with her parents due to her Givt. Job in Ambikapur (Chattishgarh).At time of suicide she was also with them and I was in delhi from past 2 months as I work here.But she left suicide note that I have tortured her mentally though our relationship was normal as any other couple.But before her suicide's 3-4 days she was very upset and fought with me lot over phone and saying that I only love my parents not her though reality was opposite as to just please her I was not having normal relation with my parents.Even I instructed my parents not to talk her as whenever they talk she always fight so keep things normal I ask my parents and my wife to better not talk.I have done everything possible for my wife but still she blamed me.Her affair with some policeman is also now coming out after her death.matter is under investigation.What to do?
hello client as i can read yr issue is seems to be very serious in your case you are in great difficulty as you have been falsly implicated in this matter. i think in ur matter you need to urgently move to supreme court for transpher of the case from chatisgarh to delhi so tht police can not destroy the case by fake investigation you may get full problem. solved with the help of supreme court of india intervension.

Fight of a Couple over matrimonial matters usually do not constitute abetment to Suiside. But if the police has registered an FIR which names you or if you apprehend arrest, it is advisable that you apply for Anticipatory Bail.
