My mother passed away five months ago in delhi. I reside in mumbai with my husband. I have two elder sisters who r married in Delhi and one younger unmarried brother who was living with Mom. Two months ago I stopped talking to my sisters as they were fighting with my brother for thier property share. My brother is a mental case and now he has gone in rehab. I received a legal notice yesterday by my sister's where they have put false allegations on me that i provoked my brother to suicide by telling him not to take his medicines. This is completely false allegations. I want advice from legal for my protection and safety from these charges. My health is suffering and i am bed ridden due to high bp caused by my real sisters who live in Delhi. What options do I have? And what will be procedure
