Legally remedies if I have no proof against person threatening me

A man threatening me that he would kill my dad, post my pics in social media if I say anyone about his threat, asking for continuous sexual favours, he is completed preplanned and gathered evidence in favour of him, this entire thing happened 2 years ago, I changed my place as not able to tolerate his torture, now threatening me that he would lodge a complaint against me for refusal of marriage..he is threatening me now..without having me any proof of it. What should I do?
