Legal implication of criminal action in government job

I have been hacked ipc 151 last month, what is the effect of I am giving government exams, what would have been the police that I had arrested for 8 hours and then release... Plez help me.. any prob in future prob. Passport verification & gov job.. plez tell me.. I hope u help me..plez
There is no harm to your Govt Job pending trial .
As per law , being a Govt. Employee , if your are arrested more than 18 Hours then you may get suspended from job.
For 8 Hours arrest period there is no any suspension.
Also If your dept. is informed by the Police about your case then Your dept may held Departmental Inquiry against you in which you will have to prove that you are innocent to avoid termination from job.
