What is the proof that an affidavit is created and signed by me? what if someone else creates an affidavit and signs my name in the affidavit ?
you can file a crminal case with police for fraud and cheating. they will investgate and if police didnt help you can file private complaint to jmfc directly with the help of local advocate. consult local laywer
