Sir Mera sawal ye hain ek Admi ne class 12 ki fake marksheet laga kr admission le liya tha aligarh muslim university main but uska 2 saal baad university admission cancelled kr Diya or FIR lodge bhi kr di police station m. But Kuch month baadus ne same university m JOB le .. Plz mujhe Constitution k bare m btayee k Right ya wrong Plz law k hisaab se btayee

Your question is not very clear. U have not cleared how his marksheet is fake.however u should know that cheating is a crime.& that person can be punished under section 420,474.& He will loose own job also.no body can get job on the basis of a fake marksheet
